Application

FL fluid bed granulator is one of the most important process equipements, which are widely applied in solid dosage production for mixing, drying, granulating powder, and drying wet granules from high shear granulator in pharmaceutical industries.

2. High mixing and drying efficient with high uniform product output.

3. Equipped with primary, secondary and HEPA filter systems for inlet air and high precision temperature PID control with hot and cold air mixing valve. Exhaust air handler unit is for option.

4. Lifting and turn-over discharging or vacuum discharging is optional to meet dust free production requirement of current GMP.

5. 2 bar, 10 bar, 12 bar anti-explosion grade are optional to secure the safety of people, equipment and environment.

6. Dehumidification system and WIP online cleaning system are for option.

7. GMP compliant design guarantee easy maintain and cleaning without dead corner.
